Terms of Service
Returns:
Product must be returned unopened in the original box. Returns must be returned in 30 days for full refund. After 30 and until 45 days returns will be excepted at a 10% restocking fee. There will be no returns after 45 days.
Misfitting of Parts:
If you are shipped a part that experiences fitments issues. The fitment issue will first be dealt with the parts original manufacture. If the manufacture does not offer a solution to our problem we will work with you to get what you need to get the part to install on your car. This service will in most cases cost money on top of your original order.
Warranty:
L and E Fabrication does not offer a warranty outside what the original manufacture offers. On L and E Fabrication products there is a 5 year warranty. Shipping and labor charges are not covered on any products L and E Fabrication sells.
Core Charges:
Full refund of core charge is expected within 30 days of shipment of new product. After the 30 days the core goes to 75% of until 60 days no cores will be excepted after that.
Shipping:
Shipments in the United States will be handled by USPS or FedEx. Orders to Canada will be handled using USPS. Outside United States and Canada, please contact us.
Shipments damaged in transit:
Please contact us.
Tax Information:
Any tax, duty, custom or other fee of any nature imposed upon the products, their sale, transportation, delivery, use or consumption shall be paid by Buyer in addition to the price quoted or invoiced.
